Atomskills allows to get acquainted with the best practices and replicate them in our industry as widely as possible.» When five years ago the Mining Division at Atomskills was represented by only ten participants and experts, this year it is almost six times more! Stanislav Anikeev, HR Director of Atomredmetzoloto, JSC, wished the participants representing ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. the following: «We cannot lose the positions we won last year. This year, I wish the participants only victory.»
According to the organizers, the championship is a good opportunity to unleash the potential of the participants. That is why the key topic of the business program, which will be held during Atomskills-2019, will be «Management of personnel reproduction: creation of environment to unleash the potential of workers and engineers.» Managers and employees of ROSATOM enterprises, teachers of schools, colleges and universities, representatives of enterprises and corporations will meet together to discuss the priority tasks in the labor and engineering personnel training and development: from early vocational guidance to work with the «third age» employees.
